The BOT Project of the Cambodia Stung Tatay Hydroelectric Power Station is located in Koh Kong, Cambodia. The installed capacity of the hydropower station is 246 MW and there are three 82 MW Francis Type Water Turbine-Generator Units included. The project, in which CHMC invested by means of BOT, is the largest single-stage hydropower station with investment from Chinese enterprises in Cambodia. The project entered full operation in 2018. The successful implementation of the BOT project of the Tatay Hydropower Station in Cambodia marks a great stride forward for CHMC as it enters the overseas high-end project contracting market, and realizes the transformation and upgrading of its business model.
