Sinomach CAAMS concludes agricultural training program in El Salvador

Sinomach subsidiary Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS) recently concluded a successful 30-day training program in El Salvador, focusing on agricultural product processing and preservation. The program, which involved 61 experts and technicians, aimed to explore local agricultural production and processing techniques and foster collaborations between China and El Salvador.

Recognizing agriculture as a crucial area for cooperation, both countries have shown great interest in and support for this training initiative. Following its resounding success, the program has opened doors for future collaborations, with both sides eagerly anticipating CAAMS’ expansion of its provision of advanced agricultural machinery across Central America.

During the training program, experts and technicians from Sinomach CAAMS actively engaged with local farmers, processors, and relevant stakeholders to better understand the challenges and requirements of the agricultural sector in El Salvador. This comprehensive approach ensured the development of effective strategies and solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and post-harvest management in the region.

The two sides have also reached a preliminary agreement that paves the way for deeper cooperation in the future. CAAMS will continue to work closely with local partners to introduce advanced agricultural machinery, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative solutions to farmers and processors across Central America.
